About

With two decades of experience across two continents, Alexander Kodak is a Washington, D.C.–based grooming and makeup artist — a gold medalist at the World Championship in Paris and one of the few in his field recognized by the U.S. government for extraordinary ability. His daily work spans the studios of America's most-watched news networks.

He is the regular makeup artist for Jen Psaki on MS NOW's Inside with Jen Psaki, and works across both NBC and MS NOW — preparing anchors including Kristen Welker and Hallie Jackson for national broadcast, and contributing to flagship programs including Morning Joe, The Weeknight, and Meet the Press.

His grooming of President Emmanuel Macron for an NBC broadcast was spotlighted by Vogue. The Élysée Palace wrote to formally commend the quality of his work. He prepared Tom Llamas for an exclusive interview with President Trump.

The same standard applies whether the setting is a presidential broadcast or a private session in your home.
